Patch is one pup among 101, and feeling like just another face in the crowd has begun to wear on him. On moving day, he is accidentally left behind, giving him an unexpected chance to stand apart. Before long, Patch meets Thunderbolt, the hero he idolizes, and is drawn into a publicity campaign that turns his ordinary day into a very different kind of adventure.
