8 Seconds chronicles the life of Lane Frost, the 1987 PRCA Bull Riding World Champion, as he rises through the demanding world of professional bull riding. The film follows his personal and competitive life, including his marriage and the close friendships that shape him, especially with fellow riders Tuff Hedeman, a three-time World Champion, and Cody Lambert.
