Jackson returns with a new ally, Sean, a karate champion newly trained in martial arts. Their fight turns personal when Sean’s trainer is threatened with experimentation and a deadly terrorist known as The Cobra infects Sean with a dangerous virus. With time running out, Sean and Jackson are forced into battle against The Cobra and his bands of ninjas.
