In the remote village of Pietramezzana, high in the Lucan Dolomites, the future looks increasingly uncertain as the community faces the threat of disappearing altogether. Refusing to give up, the residents, led by the fiery Dominic, pin their hopes on a factory contract that could revive the village. To make the project happen, they begin scheming to prove their home is the right place for it.
