When an alien spacecraft crash-lands in the center of Moscow, the city is thrown into fear, curiosity, and conflict. As some demand that the visitors leave Earth, others who encounter the ship and its occupants begin to question what they know about life and existence. Caught in the aftermath, a young woman is pulled between the comfort of her ordinary world and the promise of a radically different state of being.
