Chloe, a pampered chihuahua from Beverly Hills, is used to a comfortable life with her owner, Viv. But while vacationing in Mexico with Viv’s niece, Rachel, Chloe gets lost far from home. Needing help in unfamiliar surroundings, she must rely on new and loyal friends to guide her back before a dognapper catches her and tries to hold her for ransom.
