After experimenting with a new version of the drug Changa, Maryssa is pulled into a hell dimension and becomes the target of a demon named Belial. When the entity latches on to her, its influence begins to spill into her life, turning terrifying hallucinations into deadly encounters as Maryssa’s friends are killed one by one in horrific ways.
