In the late 1990s, a video archivist discovers a series of disturbing pirate broadcasts hidden in old recordings. Drawn in by their sinister imagery and unclear origins, he becomes increasingly fixated on tracing where they came from. As his search deepens, the broadcasts point toward a dark conspiracy that may be far more dangerous than he first imagined.
