An American toy manufacturer moves his family to Mexico after buying the Dolly Dearest factory, hoping to produce a new line of porcelain dolls. But the factory stands beside a Sanzian grave, where the malevolent spirit of Sanzia, a devil child, has taken refuge. As the dolls come under the influence of the old malicious force, the danger closes in on the manufacturer’s young daughter.
