In Orange County, the fast-food chain Hella-Burger becomes the center of a bloody nightmare when its demonic mascot, Horny the Clown, begins attacking local teenagers with a meat cleaver from Hell. As fear spreads through town, a high-school student is forced to confront the murderous clown and try to protect the townspeople before more violence follows.
