El Chicano follows twin brothers from East L.A. who share the same origins but choose sharply different paths in life. Their decisions pull them into conflicting worlds, leaving one brother aligned with the law and the other on the wrong side of it. As their lives move in opposite directions, the bond between them is shaped by the consequences of the choices they make.
