Tim, a newly trained Elf, wanders away from his people and falls into the hands of a local circus. When young Teresa helps save him, the two form an unlikely and lasting friendship. But Tim cannot be truly safe unless Teresa can find a way to reunite him with the other Elves, turning their bond into the key to getting him home.
