Labor lawyer and devoted family man Robert Clayton Dean is drawn into danger when a videotape showing the murder of a congressman unknowingly comes into his possession. Targeted by a corrupt politician and NSA operatives, Dean is framed for the crime and forced to run. With help from the mysterious Brill, he tries to evade surveillance and prove his innocence.
