An American student living in Seoul, South Korea, is drawn into a dangerous fight over a powerful supercomputer with the ability to connect to anyone and anything. Using his skills as a spy, he works to keep the technology out of the hands of foreign agents and local gang members, who are determined to gain access to it for their own purposes.
