Inspired by true events, Filth City follows a mayor in the middle of a re-election campaign after he is caught on video smoking crack. With the damaging footage threatening to derail his political future, he becomes determined to keep it from reaching the wrong hands, pushing him into a frantic effort to protect his image and hold on to power.
