Terminally ill and disgusted by the cruelty, stupidity, and self-absorption he sees in American culture, Frank decides to take violent action against the people he finds most repellent. Along the way, he forms an unlikely partnership with 16-year-old Roxy, and the two set out on a killing spree targeting reality TV stars, bigots, and others who embody everything they despise.
