When Pinhead is newly unbound and released onto the sinful streets of New York City, chaos follows in his wake. With a fresh cadre of Cenobitic kin at his side, he threatens to turn the city into a gateway for Hell itself. An investigative reporter is drawn into the nightmare and must find a way to stop Pinhead and send him and his legions back where they belong.
