A few days after the events of the original film, a championship high school basketball team is traveling by bus when The Creeper strikes on the final day of his 23-day feeding frenzy. With their bus crippled on a deserted road, the athletes find themselves trapped against a winged, flesh-eating terror unlike any opponent they have ever faced, and survival becomes their only goal.
