A young psychiatric intern begins work at a mental health facility and soon discovers that the place is hiding disturbing secrets. As he becomes more familiar with the institution and the people inside it, his role as a trainee draws him into unsettling questions about what is really happening behind its walls. The deeper he looks, the less certain he becomes about the facility he thought he understood.
