Down-on-their-luck brothers Lars and Ernie Smuntz inherit a crumbling old mansion and see little reason to celebrate until they learn the antique estate could be worth millions. To make the most of their unexpected windfall, they first have to clear out its one remaining resident: a tiny, stubborn mouse that has no intention of leaving. Their simple plan quickly becomes a battle of wills inside the old house.
