After the death of family patriarch Gus, Toula and the Portokalos family travel to Greece for a long-awaited family reunion. Along the way, Toula tries to honor her father’s memory by finding the childhood friends he left behind and delivering his journal to them, bringing the family together in the country that shaped his past.
