Based on Zadie Smith’s 2012 novel, NW follows two friends whose lives began on the same northwest London housing estate. After time and circumstance have carried them into different places, they are brought back into each other’s orbit when one of them is caught in a messy personal crisis, forcing their shared past and present realities to come into focus.
