A priest is tasked with choosing the site for a new church on behalf of the local mining company. The decision takes a dark turn when the land is revealed to lie over an old Sami burial ground. After the remains are removed, the disturbed dead rise and begin to haunt the settlers, forcing the community to face the consequences of building on sacred ground.
