Johnny, an aspiring bodybuilder from Boston, leaves his troubled past behind and moves to Los Angeles with a clear goal: to train with the mentor he knows from YouTube. But his fresh start quickly slips off course when he becomes entangled with a shady porn director and a lifelong friend whose life as a murderous drug runner pulls Johnny into dangerous territory.
