At Vince Lombardi High School, Ramones-obsessed delinquent Riff Randell refuses to fall in line when the strict new principal, Miss Togar, brings an oppressive administration to campus. Backed by fellow rock-loving students and with help from the Ramones themselves, Riff challenges the school’s new order in a rebellious clash between authority and rock and roll.
