In the jungles of Panama, veteran US Marine sniper Thomas Beckett is assigned to eliminate a politician and a rebel leader. Known for his skill and for the partners he has lost on dangerous missions, Beckett is paired with Richard Miller, a talented but inexperienced marksman serving as his spotter.
