In this spoof of The Fast and the Furious films, undercover cop Lucas White enters the world of illegal street racing to get close to a powerful Los Angeles crime figure. He joins Vin Serento’s crew, a gang of fast-driving criminals with their own plan: to double-cross kingpin Juan Carlos de la Sol, whose hidden cash is stashed in a downtown Taco Bell.
