A dying woman opens a vintage Jack-in-the-box and discovers a demon trapped within it. Offered the chance to have her illness cured, she makes a dangerous bargain: in exchange for saving her life, she must help the entity claim six innocent victims. As the deal takes hold, the old toy becomes the center of a deadly pact with a terrifying cost.
