An agoraphobic woman lives alone in New York, cut off from the outside world and watching life pass from inside her home. When new neighbors move in nearby, her curiosity turns into a habit of spying on them. But what begins as distant observation takes a frightening turn when she witnesses a disturbing act of violence.
