Jaxen, a former police officer now working as a private investigator in Atlanta, takes on the case of missing R&B star Jahari. As he follows the trail, her disappearance begins to point toward a wider conspiracy than anyone expected. With the investigation closing in around him, Jaxen is forced to question the people in his circle and confront unresolved parts of his own past.
