Audrey Amiss is determined to gain recognition for her talent and turns to Sandra Panza, her psychiatric nurse, for help. Persuading Sandra to take her on a road trip in an electric car back to where her story began, Audrey sets off in search of endings and reconciliation. As the journey veers through unexpected deviations, a growing friendship forms between the two women.
