Former Navy SEAL Casey Ryback is traveling by train with his recently orphaned niece to attend his brother’s funeral when the trip is violently interrupted. An electronics expert and his team hijack the passenger train, turning it into a moving, untraceable command center for a top secret U.S. weapons satellite. As Washington, D.C. becomes the target, Ryback must use his skills to stop the threat from inside the train.
