When the government learns of a plot to detonate three nuclear weapons somewhere in the United States, the locations remain unknown and time is running out. A seasoned black-ops interrogator and an FBI agent are assigned to question the suspected terrorist in custody, pressing him for the information that could prevent a catastrophic attack.
