After returning from the war in Afghanistan, a young British soldier faces depression and PTSD as he tries to find a way forward. In the Amazon rainforest, he meets an American scientist, and an unexpected bond begins to form through their shared care for an orphaned baby ocelot. Together, they help the vulnerable animal survive while the soldier searches for a renewed sense of purpose.
