River Miller is a mentally unstable actor trying to leave his troubled past behind. Seeking a fresh start, he moves to Hollywood in hopes of rebuilding his life and finding a way forward. But the memories and inner demons he hoped to escape continue to close in, forcing him to confront the fact that a new city may not be enough to outrun what haunts him.
