A 10-year-old boy, worn down by the torment and humiliation he suffers at the hands of his babysitter, is placed under the care of two fairy godparents with the power to grant almost any wish. Their magic gives him a way to change his world, but every wish has a way of spiraling out of control, turning his everyday problems into zany, fast-paced adventures filled with unintended havoc.
