After a torrential storm sends their tiny ship off course, four men and three women find themselves stranded on an uncharted desert island. Hapless Gilligan, the long-suffering Skipper, and their mismatched fellow castaways try to cope with life on the isle, leading to a string of slapstick misadventures as they struggle to get by far from home.
