In the 1880s American West, ruthless outlaw Frank Griffin spreads fear as he searches for Roy Goode, a former member of his gang who has broken away from him. Roy’s attempt to start over leads him to La Belle, New Mexico, a quiet town left almost entirely to women after a mining disaster.
