A wacky alien arrives on Earth with a mission to study its residents up close, learning about human behavior by living among them. He boards with a human woman whose everyday life is quickly turned upside down by his strange perspective, unpredictable habits, and constant attempts to understand a world that is ordinary to everyone else but completely new to him.
