In Season 2, financial advisor Marty Byrde continues trying to keep his family afloat in the Missouri Ozarks after moving them from Chicago to launder money for a drug boss. His plan to open a riverboat casino becomes increasingly difficult as Darlene Snell’s schemes, Ruth’s newly paroled father, state politics and a Kansas City mobster all complicate his dangerous operation.
