After medical school leaves him buried in debt and shut out of every residency program on his list, Dr. David Tracy looks for another way forward. To qualify for a therapy license, he begins taking on the required clinical sessions without pay, working out of his garage while the pressure of his $500,000 debt threatens to overwhelm his life.
