This spin-off of MTV’s 16 and Pregnant follows five teenagers and young Gen Z adults as they face pregnancy and the realities of becoming mothers. Ashley, Brianna, Jade, Kayla and Lexi come from different backgrounds and cities, but each must navigate the personal, family and everyday challenges that come with young motherhood across the season.
