Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles head to Europe for what is supposed to be a paid vacation, but the trip comes with a catch. Once they arrive, they learn they must complete tasks in different countries if they want to earn money to keep partying. Along the way, their plans stay focused on liquor, cigarettes, bologna, mustard, dope, and chasing a good time.
